Welcome to Bumpers S.O.M (School of Motoring).
I provide door to door driving tuition in a fully equipped, dual controlled, modern Citroen C3 hatchback, with a manual gearbox and power steering. I can offer motorway driving, refresher lessons, pass plus, theory test preparation and much more.
I am aware that learning to drive in today's environment is not easy and my students benefit from my patient, structured approach. If you are nervous, don't worry, I never shout!
I have a long list of happy satisfied customers whose testimonies have led to many recommendations.
Since 2007 I have been involved with Kent County Council's Young Driver Education programme, and deliver seminars to Year 12 and 13 students in local schools.

Bumpers S.O.M is run by Neil Bailey, a well qualified DSA registered instructor of over 14 years experience offering friendly tuition to students of all abilities, with a full one hour door to door service. He is an ex-traffic police officer, a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and the Driving Instructors Association. He is also a DSA registered Fleet Driver Assessor for company car drivers.
